About Chris

Chris Roy has been in the fitness industry for over twenty five years. He has B.S. degrees in Physical Education and Biology from the State University of New York at Cortland (SUNY Cortland).

Chris is continually expanding and refining his knowledge.

Chris is a former collegiate athlete playing football at both Cortland State (NY) and Ithaca College (NY). He also played football, baseball, basketball, and ran track at Trinity High School (Manchester, NH). He has run the Boston Marathon and biked up Mount Washington. He currently coaches youth baseball and basketball in Bedford, NH.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys reading, music, and spending time with his wife Kristen and their three children, Mitchell, Mia, and Adam.
